very well played.. I went over to gene's to hear the original first, and thought, damn, how the hell is someone going to cover this? it was just so intense and beautiful.. but you've really done a great job with it, keeping it recognizable, and yet changing it over and making it your own. some damn fine jazz piano playing.  would be cool to hear you and gene do a collab...

Wow..... Not to shabby, beat that piano. Damn! now that's passion. It’s a little loose in areas and more of a variation and exploration of a theme that a cover, but it's pretty damn kewl.

I really like the immediate effect the keys have on the ear.
You do a great job of putting the theme in a new environment. this really pumps up a lot of juice once it starts to blow its wad in that jazzy improv that starts happening.

I wondered how the hell the original was supposed to be covered well too.. but you've done a great job! Top piano playing!! I am very impressed, exellent cover of an exellent track

Great job Henri You took this great piece and really went with it - sounds like this was meant to be conformed to a classical jazz piece - And you do take liberties [improv] with the original but that's great Love your abilities dude awesome piano work
